Engr. Menandro "Andy" R. Lim, PEE

ENGR. MENANDRO R. LIM, president and authorized managing officer of Celcotec Industrial Corp., is a professional electrical engineer with over twenty years of experience in the various aspects of electrical engineering, such as design, construction, testing and commissioning, and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
Engr. Lim joined a Saudi Arabian Construction Company in 1987 as Project Engineer and then transferred to Ret-Ser Engineering Agency in 1988. Among the projects he worked on while in Saudi Arabia were SCECO Medical Clinic, Al-Fanateer Industrial Park, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Unayzah Water Treatment Plant and Long-Range Radar Station.

He is also an electrical consultant for the Golden ABC, Keppel Batangas Substation, University of Santo Tomas, B&G Department; Department of Environment & Natural Resources (DENR) Region IV Office, Department of Health Dagupan City, Rustan’s Super Center, Inc., various BDO Bank branches, Bayan Trade Office Global City Fort Bonifacio, 5-Storey Residential Building at E. Rodriguez., Q.C.  

Engr. Lim is a lifetime member of the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Phils., Inc. (IIEE), former president of the Society of Philippine Electrical Contractors and Suppliers (SPECS) and member of Philippine Instrumentation & Controls Society (PICS). He is also the individual founding member of Phil GBC (Philippine Green Building Council).
